Braces and scuba diving.?
I’m going on holiday in September and I may want to go scuba diving.
Is it alright if I go scuba diving if I have a brace?
Will it have an effect on my treatment?
From a safety point of view, you want to make sure that your braces do not hang up on the regulator’s mouth piece.
Other than that, there shouldn’t be any other major concenrs. Some people might experience some braces discomfort due to the mouth piece, but it shouldn’t cause any major problems.
